Mac users looking for an easy to use FTP client programme should consider using Fetch FTP.

Fetch has a free 15 day trial period and a license for further use can be purchased from the software provider for a nominal fee.

After you have installed FetchFTP you can then connect to your hosting with it using the server name, username and password that ASH HOST emailed to you when your hosting was activated.
